Judge Collins brings unparalleled expertise, currently serving as White Plains City Court Judge since 2019 while also presiding as Acting Westchester County Court Judge. As President of the NYS Association of City Court Judges, Judge Collins champions judicial excellence across our state.
His exceptional legal career spans many crucial roles—from Court Attorney-Referee to 17 years as Assistant US Attorney for the Southern District of New York—and his commitment to justice and community are unmatched.
The foundation of his legal career includes degrees from both Yale Law School and Columbia University, as well as judicial clerkships under renowned jurists like Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor.
